Welcome to Our Favourite Products, a monthly feature of the products keeping our skin glowing, mood lifted and health high. It's a combination of the new things we've tried over the previous month and historic repeat purchases that we think you might love too. And as part of our editorial policy, every product we write about is vegan, cruelty-free and 100% natural and where possible organic. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the idea of incorporating clean beauty and wellness products into your daily routine — or even finding them, we hope you find the following helpful. And as a reminder, a constant favourite of mine — clean filtered water. Drink it frequently, daily. Here's what I'm loving this month:

De La Cruz Sulfur Ointment

This stuff is liquid gold. It's a spot treatment for acne, but a thick paste — so naturally I started using it as a nighttime moisturiser. It keeps my skin soothed and hydrated. De La Cruz, Sulfur Ointment is easily acquired from iHerb and priced at US$6.40, treating acne doesn't have to be complicated. Or, apparently, expensive. The active ingredient is 10 per cent sulfur which absorbs excess oil. You may also find it works to reduce your breakouts. This one is on my repeat list.

Aesop Herbal Deodorant Roll-On

While there are a few other natural deodorants, I am yet to investigate I'd happily stop here. I love Aesop's gorgeously spiced Herbal Deodorant Roll-On. Sage Leaf, Zinc Ricinoleate and Wasabi Extract are the active ingredients. There's no alcohol or baking soda for those sensitive. And Aesop is vegan.

Solgar, Sublingual, Liquid Vitamin Vitamin B-12

Around a year ago, I swapped monthly vitamin B12 injections for this liquid supplement. It tastes like berries. I take this twice daily. Even if you're not one hundred per cent plant-based, probably everyone should be supplementing B12. I also love this liquid version as it is easy to digest.

Satya Super Hit Incense

My love for incense goes deep at any given time; there will be various brands on constant rotation at home. That said I've always been partial to Super Hit. Its smoke is heady and deeply cleansing, it lifts the mood and clears negative energy, aligns your chakras. If you're familiar with Nag Champa, you'll love Super Hit.

Sulfur Chamomile Soap

Sulfur is the critical mineral that creates keratin and collagen and is incredibly detoxifying, vital for healthy skin. The latest addition to my bathing routine is this mineral soap with sulfur, one of the best bar soaps I have found — 100% natural, produced from sustainable botanical ingredients and Leaping Bunny certified. Deeply cleansing, without over-drying, and definitely helped keep my skin clear.
